Stuart LaGroue has been specializing in self storage brokerage since 2004. He has been involved in the brokerage of over $30 million in transactions in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. Currently, Stuart serves as Treasurer of the Alabama Self Storage Association (ALSSA) and is also a Board Member. Stuart is currently a CCIM Candidate. Allen Barnhill has 20 years experience in real estate investment and self storage. Allen is licensed in Tennessee and Alabama and represents Argus in eastern and central Tennessee. As a partner with fellow Argus affiliate Ron Mitchell, Allen successfully developed and owned two all climate-controlled self storage facilities in Alabama and Florida totaling over 280,000 square feet of space from 1995 through 2005. Allen earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of South Alabama and a MBA from Auburn University where he graduated in 1987. Ron Mitchell has been involved in real estate investment and self storage for 12 years. Ron is currently licensed in Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi and is handling eastern and central Tennessee (all areas in the state east of the Tennessee River). Prior to working in real estate and self storage, Ron was a McDonald’s Restaurant Franchisee from 1987-1995. Ron holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Florida State University.
