Commercial Real Estate Business over 30 years. He has been
actively involved as owner and broker in the self storage
business for 13 years. As President and owner of Omega
Properties, Inc., Mr. Barnhill has been an active broker,
developer, consultant and manager of self storage properties.
He has brokered over $100 million in self storage transactions.
Omega Properties, Inc. was formed in 1979 as a Commercial
Investment Real Estate firm. The company has been active
in site selection, land development and particularly self
storage. Mr. Barnhill owns and operates six
self storage facilities in Alabama.

Stephen Rigl began his commercial real estate career in Miami in 1984 and has extensive experience in agency leasing, tenant representation, lease negotiations, brokerage, property marketing, tenant improvements, administration and property management. Steve joined Orion Commercial in 2007 and provides tenant representation and landlord representation services to clients in addition to a specialization in self storage. Most recently, Steve concluded a long term leasing assignment at the Datran Center, bringing this class A property to an occupancy level of 98%. Steve holds a Bachelors' degree and an MBA from Florida International University and he is also a CCIM candidate. |
