Sovran Self Storage hikes quarterly dividend

Sovran Self Storage Inc. on Wednesday said its board raised its quarterly dividend by a penny to 64 cents. The self-storage real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable Oct. 22 to shareholders of record Oct. 8.

Morningstar Properties and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital have formed an alliance with 2Guys Storage to invest in self-storage properties in the Southeast.
