Falsely advertised!
I walked in to rent a 5X5 unit. I was told there was a $29 administration fee. When I told the agent there was no fee on the website when I reserved, he politely disagreed and said there was nothing he could do about it. I said had I known I wouldn't have driven 6 miles to rent. He checked my reservation and said, "Oh, that's why, you reserved from Spare foot. Nothing was done and I left and went to another storage location closer to the house. They had an admin fee but the rental agent gave me the first month free to compensate. I only get $94 per week on unemployment so money is tight! Oh Well, Dollar lost my business..
