Easy, excellent customer service
Process was easy, found on-line rate deal and reserved for the same day. Was shown storage room first and was very clean, as was the entire facility. Love the on-line billing option. Security is visible.

it was good...check in was a little tricky because we were coming from out of town and trying to beat the closing. The paperwork took a little longer than we would have liked. It is a nice clean space to sore our things for a month.
