The customer service was horrible. My unit had another lock on it from the previous owner. So we had to wait 35 mins for the girl to Come up and Take the lock off. Mind You we were tryinh to move thay same day so thay was a Waste of time. The receptionist failed to tell us that we needed a special lock and that a normal storage center padlock wouldnt work. Overall i woulfnt come back to this place or refer i would have not choosen this facility if i could have done it again .

91 Express Storage is the BEST!!!
I rented a unit from this facility for over 7yrs with no problems... moved to NH and finally had the chance to return for my things...hired a moving van (Roadway) to transport my contents fm CA to NH...what a nightmare, but I really want to say the the support and just overall kindness from the Customer Service Rep - SANDY - was just wonderful...she offered to keep the facility open when the Moving Van showed up an hour before closure! Can't say enuff about her wonderful spirit! No problems here...I would recommend this facility to anyone!

I researched every where and 91 express had the best prices by far! The staff was wonderful, the facility is big and clean and they even have light music playing all over the place. They beat my previous storage place by HALF!!!! I LOVE IT!

This place is located right off of the 91 freeway, at lincoln. I like the freeway convenience. Also, it was much cleaner than its competitors. Oh yeah...free truck too!
