Fantastic!
From reservations to the actual check in, everything was very easy. I spoke to a live person to reserve and everything was fully explained, ie: pricing, hours, procedures, all I can say is Thank you very much!

This facility was ok overall. The issue I have is they are scheduled to close down completely in mid June of 2013. I didn't find that out until the day I arrived at which it was too late to find another storage place. Bigfoot and this self storage should inform customers before the reservation is made.

Problem solved with 1 stop!
I had been searching different storage facilities around milpitas. The vast majority are Public Storage and a few others, amongst this one. Every other place I had been to offered around the same pricing in comparison. The manager greeted me hapily and took me out to show me the property and a few different units. This facility was much nicer than some of the others in the area; Electronic gate access, cameras, manager on site, and alarms on each unit. I was very surprised about how clean and secure the units were.
The manager also mentioned that they offer a free moving truck. That was more than I had expected to come across from a storage facility. I had already figured at least an extra $150 into my budget for a truck to move my stuff with a u-haul. In the end the truck only cost me like $20 plus gas since I went over their 25 mile limit.
All in all I was very satisfied with my choice to rent here. i am currently a tenant and would definitely recommend storing here with the ammenities offered and great customer service experience that is hard to find anywhere else!
PS, I forgot to mention that the manager gave me a good deal on a bundle of boxes also! They had some promo running at the time.
