i should have been told that i could reserve with a credit card so that i wouldnt lose the unit i originally went in for

If i couldve gotten my 5x5 unit id be a lot happier because i wasnt given the option of reserving the last one with a credit card that unit was no longer available when i got there and i was there before 11 am and i ended up paying twice what i anticipated on because i didnt have time to shop around but because the manager was nice i would recommend the place the online service i doubt that i would recommend them

The manager, Debra, was EXCELLENT!!!

I sincerely appreciated the efficiency, knowledge, and friendliness of the manager, Debra. She was terrific and very helpful--one of the very best experiences I have had in renting over 20 spaces in my times in North Carolina, Wisconsin, and California.
