my son had a great experience when he took his things to be put in storage and I had top notch service over the phone while renting it for him from another state.

Access hours not as advertized
Serveral access attempts frustrated because office was closed during the day.. Office issues keys to building for 2nd floor access to my unit.
I have since found storage businesses that issue building keys to renters.
Access to my stored materials is NOT thwarted by the absence of office staff.
Recommended: No
Good customer service, but a bit too long to review the paperwork. They were extremely helpful with helping me choose the size of he space I needed. I would recommend them to a friend or relative based on the price, convenience of the location and the overall experience.

Decent place, but with more research you could find a better facility.
Units are not climate controlled which is a cause for concern for me. Elevators are not available either which makes second story units difficult to move into. Facility hours are very limited and are not conducive to the schedules of working adults. They do offer a 10% military discount. Overall, I would continue looking for other storage units before I settle for this one. I'm only staying here for 2 months max.

i'm moving out state and need the extra space to pack the rest of my stuff,and after go everywhere looking for a storage unit i finally found one,the staff was fantastic, the unit was very clean and the outside was all clean too,great..i ll recommended to everybody
