Very friendly and helpful staff
I really like this storage facility. The people are great! The price, although I didn't shop around, seemed reasonable. The only thing that concerned me was the gfate hours. (Close too early) I can live with that :)

Customer service is outstanding with a friendly family environment!
I sincerely appreciated the great service I received at Extra Storage! They made a mistake on pricing that gave me the aboslute lowest rate in the bay area, and honored it anyway! They were funny, friendly and helpful. Best in class service!
