Bolsa Mini and Nikki are excellent
Nikki is excellent representative. I reserved a unit online at sparefoot.com, received a confirmation number only to find when I contacted Bolsa Mini that there was no such unit available. This was somewhat disturbing to say the least. However, Nikki took my name and held the unit size I needed as soon as it become available fortunately this was within a few days. I would suggest the online reservation system have a real time available data base and thus a confirmed reservation is a firm confirmed reservation. Otherwise my experience to date has been excellent.

Good so far
Called about 8x20. Nicky was very kind and helpful. She gave me a discount for the first 6-months. It seems that the owner just bought a plot of land and bought a bunch of old shipping containers and whamo... Storage units. Google maps the address to see what i'm talking about. Make sure it's on satellite mode.
FYI: 16-camera security. Need pin for entrance and exit. No after 7pm access unless you can show proof of business ownership. They are not responsible for your stuff. Get your stuff insured if that's important to you.
Pros: Drive up to your unit. No climbing stairs or taking elevators. Close to 405 fwy.
Cons: Security can be an issue. (Don't know yet). Is 16 camera's enough? No after hour access for non-business owners.
Conclusion: If you're looking for an affordable, nothing fancy, close to 405 fwy storage unit. Then this is the place for you.

I have a unit and went to move up to a larger unit within the same facility. I selected a unit but the door was inoperable. I was told I would be notified when the unit was ready. A couple of weeks passed and I called. They said it was ready. Today I went to make the move and was told the unit was rented to someone else and they had no other units of this size available. The next unit size was nearly twice the price. Very disappointed. My rent is paid to the end of the month at which point I will need to find a larger unit somewhere else. I have been a patron of this storage for over ten years. Poor customer service for a loyal customer.

Really good - easy access location - roomy vehicle access to unit. Happy people in office. Thinking about a 2nd unit same size - if needed - willk now next week.

I think Id like it if you didnt have to enter your code on way out and there is a $50 fine if you get stuck after 7pm since the staff have already left before hand...that almost happened to me. They should keep access open later, and give you a 30 minute grace period on entering code to leave after closing access in at 7pm

best price, easy to find, bad organization
super easy to find and the best price compared to all the other nearby storage, plenty of availability however they were unsure of how to do paperwork, wanted me to to comeback after i had left because they screwed up the amount they charged me - under charged at least, put me in the wrong unit had to change that,
however plenty of apologies were exchanged may be it was just a bad day but certainly made things difficult to just get started.
as far as value, location, price, security, i would highly recommend it
