EXELLENT CUSTUMER SERVICE .
I move out from this storage over 3 years ago, because the management at the time and how the property was maintained (Dirty). I am taking my time to write this review because I just had a great experience on this storage, I meet the new manager (Luis) few days ago while he was giving out flyers on a near Supermarket, He invite me to take a tour to this property at first I wasn't to convince due to the bad experience I had on that place but after Luis explain everything I was more them convince. I was surprise when I went to the property and found out all these beautiful changes are made on the looks of the property and the excellent customer service what a change from hell to heaven. I highly recommend this property and his manager Luis. I use storage almost all my life and this is the best experience I had.

GREAT ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE
I had excellent telephone service with Spare Foot when calling to make my reservation. I had excellent service when I arrived at Hollywood Self Storage to complete my storage rental.

Gotta hand it to Hollywood Self Storage for being the absolute best when it comes to prices, safety, and customer service. Very helpful associates who explain every detail of the contract to make sure you don't end up with a bad deal. Would highly recommend anyone to store at this facility.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RACKET
Worst Experience of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are a couple $ cheaper than everywhere else, and rightfully so. They are disgusting, loaded with insects, and rats.
I believe they also practice unfair business practices, and do not even adhere to the words that are written in their contract. This place is the worst choice.
Again, worst experience of my life and I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to leave their valuables in storage at Hollywood Self Storage. They are the worst.

Great service
Just rented a unit and was treated with great customer service. Price was much lower than other places I checked. Clean, friendly management (the best), very helpful. Transaction time was fast. Luis was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and not booking a bigger unit than I needed. Thank you.

False price online, would not honor in store
Not much to review, as the price we reserved was not honored upon arrival.
I have seen another review stating the same from some months ago, problem still not fixed and the employee was not quite helpful to the situation.

great choice
I met with the manager, Luis. He handled the paperwork and the unit selection process within a 15 minutes. 2 customers came in and gave him compliments on the facility- a good feeling to me! I am very happy with the facility, the service, the secuity, the unit and the overall experience. I moved my property in over two moves with ease.

Website advertising misleading
I was misled by your website. I reserved a 5x10 1st floor Climate Controlled for $59 and was toldbasically that the website was wrong and needed fixing. I was told that the Climate Control was available, but for a extra price. Since I was in a hurry I went ahead and reserved the unit because of the timing and convenience of the location. It was upgraded from a 5 x10 to a 5x15 at the same price. Victoria was very pleasant to work with. Facility needs some repair - broken concrete on 2nd floor walkway and loose rails.

Wow! i just rented a unit from hollywood self storage and i HAD to come online and post a review. The employee was helpful, nice, gave me a great price, and i even walked out with some free stuff. ive rented before but not with this kind of service. THANK YOU

Scammers will say anything to get you there. The ad is fake, must use a LADDER to access "1st floor" unit.
