Very Dissapointed
Went to store to rent a unit as am going thru difficult time. And went somewhat dissapointed as I only speak spanish and the person behind the counter stated she spoke my language but she really didn't. She spoke brazilian to me which found extremely difficult to understand. You have good prices but I rather go somewhere here they can speak my language specialy when you advertise se habla espanol. Thanks to my coworker that was able to write this for me.

  Security - 3/5 (Average security)

  Service - 2/5 (Somewhat unhelpful)

Great Experience
Was shopping around for prices for a storage unit. Found that SafeStor has the best prices in-town. Once in the facility I received courteous customer service; the Managers made my stressful situation an ease. Thank You so much for your help!
