Unkept Property and No Knowledge of Store
We needed storage and went to this store. Very disappointed for it to be located in Peachtree City. Storage property was dirty and unkept. The lady was not able to help us with the size storage we would need after giving her details of what we would be putting in the storage space and did not know the answers to questions we needed to know. Experience was not good. We left without renting and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Outstanding customer service
Not being from the area. I had no knowledge of the storage facility. I was very impressed with the value of the storage units. But the customer service is what won me over to pick this storage company.

Lots of improvements!
Yes! Indeed...I used to be one of their customers couple years back...now back in the states I needed another unit and just went back to the same facility that is the closest to my home in Peachtree City...Well...you can see a lots of improvements, including new roof, new doors, a clean place, and mostly important a friendly, helpful and respectful property manager (with a pleasant accent - lol). I felt like home again. He got me hooked on a new unit in less then 20 minutes including paperwork! I was pleased and I do highly recommend this facility to everyone living in Peachtree City and surroundings. Ken
