Please note: office is not onsite, after you make your online reservation speak with the manager to arrange move in. Lease and payments can be completed via email and/or phone. You must bring your own lock.

During peak demand time (April through August) we do require a minimum term of four months pre-paid to guarantee your reserved unit will be available on requested move-in date.

It was a good experience

It was pretty simple and straight-forward. Doing it all online could have been an issue if I didn’t have access to a scanner and printer. I did have access to it so no problem and there was another way to do it if I was technology challenged. Matt was a pleasant guy to deal with.

There is a communication problem between the person who answers the phone and the person who is responsible for the unit. They obviously don't talk to each other. I think that the doors on the unit are very flimsy and the latches are so unusual that they won't accept even very expensive locks. Videos showing breaking the recommended locks are on display on YouTube for anyone to see. They are totally unsecure. I don't know what to do about a lock without buying a $50 lock! The unit seems to be dry. It would be nice to see a pallet or two on the floor.
