the staff was very nice. professional and helpful. the price was way below what I expected and the associate who helped me find the right storage unit couldn't have been any more accurate. my things fit perfectly and with all the security cameras, I know my things are safe. I give this place two thumbs up

HORRIBLE!!!!!
We rented 2 lockers for the total of 14 days while we waited to close on our new house....When we came to get out stuff the ROACHES had took over our units having a ball with all out stuff!!!We DIDNOT have and friends like that at our old house and certainly didnot want to take them to our new home...We had to bombe and fumugate our BRAND NEW HOUSE!!! this is unacceptable.And We are telling everyone not to go there and anyone who has their stuff there to GET IT OUT...ASAP...WE ARE PUTTING IT ON FACEBOOK WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK AND THE COST OF PEST CONTROL PEOPLE EWWWWW

The experience with this storage facility was great. The staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this facility.

Clean, Safe, Reliable
Needed to store our daughter's things from college...and the folks at the U-Store-It on North Post Road were great! Highly recommend. The only reason we didn't give the highest rating is that once you leave, you have to fill out all the forms again upon your return. This is company policy and shouldn't reflect on this particular facility. But it would be nice if some of the information could be kept in the system.
