The customer service was not good. The lady gave my reservation to someone else and gave me a really hard time about replacing my reservation because what was available cost more. She kept saying she will just have to kick out one of the customers then continued to convince me to go somewhere else. It was her fault for giving away my reservation and she was the one who got disgruntled with the matter. She was very rude and in front of other customers.
