I am very satisfied with Best Storage. The employee helped me find a storage unit that would fit my household items and was very accurate in what I needed. He didn't try to scam me into purchasing a storage unit too big for what I needed. Also, after I purchased the unit and had came in the next day (Sunday when they were closed) my pin did not work to get in. The off duty employee quickly came in to activate the pin as he had not done so when I purchased the unit. I was only waiting around for about 20 minutes for him to come.

VALUE CAN'T BE BEAT!
I had gone to their office a few days prior to the expected move-in to register. Chris showed me the unit (which has to be the best value in Crofton)and helped with the sign-in info..all with a pleasant demeanor and welcoming smile.
I ended up arriving the evening (close to closing) before the expected day. Chris greeted me with a smile and great customer service.
After an 8 hour road trip ,I was more than happy to have everything run smoothly.. I had everything in and was on my way home within 15 minutes.

MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIFIC
I WALKED IN TO INQUIRE ABOUT PRICES AND AVAILABILITY AND HONESTLY WAS SHOKED AT THE RUDENESS AND UNFRIENDLINESS I WAS WELCOMED WITH. IT’S A SHAME BECAUSE LOCATION WISE THE PLACE IS WONDERFUL AND VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. THE EMPLOYEE WHO SHOWED ME AROUND WAS VERY DETAILED IN REGARDS TO PRICE, RULES AND REGULATIONS…HE EVEN DROVE ME IN THE GOLF CART SO THAT IT WOULDN’T BE A LONG WALK FOR ME. HOWEVER WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO PAPERWORK THE "MANAGER" I BELIEVE NAMED MATT AND THIS OTHER AFRICAN AMERICAN EMPLOYEE WERE SO RUDE I PICKED UP MY KEYS AND WALKED OUT. FIRST OFF THIS "MANAGER" WAS SELF RIGHTEOUS AND STOOD ON HIS SOAP BOX TALKING DOWN TO ME WHILE THE OTHER EMPLOYEE SEEMED BOTHERED TO HAVE TO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS. ALTHOUGH I MIGHT HAVE ASKED MORE THAN THE USUAL CUSTOMER ITS ONLY NORMAL WHEN YOU ARE TRUSTING ALL YOUR BELONGINGS TO A COMPLETE STRANGER.

I live right across the street in the Crofotn community and it is perfect for me one stop light no turning around on rt 3. Customer service is great they are always around to help out if needed.

best in town
Best storage of Crofton is by far the best storage company in the Bowie/ Crofton area.They have everything you need for moving as well as nice clean well kept property. prices are fair and they allow you to use there truck to move in you only have to replace the gas. rented there twice in the past couple of years would never use another storage ever again after have my items there.
