Clean, carts available, elevator large and very nice, up-to-date climate controls (I witnessed the maintenance team on my floor), energy efficient motion activated lights. Free truck rental minus 15$ insurance and free month of storage fantastic deal. Overall excellent experience.

VERY CLEAN ANd GREAT STAFF
This place is great. The staff was very nice and the move in process went quick. The place is clean, has carts for customer to use and good lighting.

Not what it appears
The site didn't mention that you needed normal car insurance to use the "free" truck, even though you had to buy additional coverage from them, as well as walk in with a $100 cash deposit. No ATM's around.
The company also was pressing me to purchase insurance for the unit even though my things are covered under my normal home renters policy. They tried to tell me it was mandatory even though the contract said otherwise. Two strikes and they are out.
FACILITY REPLY:
Ms. Maguire didn't rent from us. When she called she asked about the truck and I told her all the rules and that she need to have a lease first before even being able to reserve the truck. We don't allow people to reserve our truck over the phone and they must have correct paperwork. You must have a lease to reserve the truck and it's first come first serve on the truck. She said that she did her reservation on line and never read the fine print about the location. Since her lease wasn't until September 15th she could have brought a deposit in at any time to hold the truck. We have 4 ATM machines within 1 mile of our location. She said who carries $100 in their wallet and that she didn't have the money. She then said that she doesn't have car insurance but was driving a car. As we explained you do need to have your own car insurance to rent the truck. We own our truck and the customer insurance is first and we are second on the insurance. They are responsible for the first $1000 worth of damage. Most car companies only pay the value of the car you are driving and the truck costs a lot more the most cars. She visited us for the tour and was give the form with all the truck information. She didn't have the money to pay for the unit and wanted us to email her son for his credit card so she could to her lease. Then she said that he may be busy and could get back to us right away. She didn't treat my assistant nicely and then went on to read the whole lease which is fine by us. We don't sell insurance - we offer property protection at our location. This customer left the location and said that she may not rent with us. Then she called back to say that she wanted to rent the unit and came back 1 hour later. On her second visit we did her lease for September 15th. Which we didn't get payment for because she didn't have the money and we had to email her son for his credit form and wait. The customer calls us 3 hours later to cancel the lease which was never paid for.
