Great coupon/safe clean place
This storage facility had a BOGO, and I thought for the price, it may not be a great place, but I'd recommend it. 2nd floor storage is best, and very clean inside. The only thing I did not like was the door to the inside storage space is supposed to be secured with a passcode entrance, but the door is jammed slightly so it is always open. But the gate is very secure.

I hoped there was a way push carts could be more accessable to tenents. Instead of tenants having to lug it from the office to our storage areas with no help from staff. Especially for female tenants.

Chaged the terms After I moved items
I moved my furniture into the storage space in late July. After a few initial issues with the rental fees everything was worked out to my benefit. The staff was very responsive to my problems. I would just tell potential renters -be sure and review your contract,
and look at the space carefully and make sure it's clean before you start moving. Dead bugs and cobwebs were a problem for me.
