Knollwood Self Storage is ideally located for residents of Minnetonka, Hopkins, Minneapolis, Robbinsdale, New Hope, Crystal, Brooklyn Center, Wayzata, and Brooklyn Park. Knollwood Self Storage offers a variety of unit sizes, as well as parking spaces for cars, boats, and RVs. We rent Budget moving trucks on-site and offer dollies to help you maneuver your belongings into your unit. We also provide climate-controlled storage units, perfect for the harsh winters Were located near Sams Club and Methodist Hospital.
- There is a 12 utility fee monthly in addition to your monthly rent when renting a temperature controlled space
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
-37.00 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32.00 outdoor management fee and 12.00 tag fee non refundable
-Electricity is an additional charge and available only on select spaces

They must've fixed the climate control since an earlier review I saw. I've used this facility summer/winter and it's just fine on both sides. TheProperty manager at Knollwood is super kind and helpful. Meets all my storage needs

Enormous, clean, secure storage

This storage facility is the largest yet most secure building in the metro area. The customer service is outstanding. Don walked me through how to access my storage unit and helped me with the paperwork and we were done within a half hour. I highly recommend storing your precious belongings here. You will not regret it!
