It was farther from campus than I expected, there wasn't a truck rental on site like many other places. We waited a long time to get service, it seemed like during a busy season they should have 2 people there to help because other people were behind me in line as well.

Convenient location
It took me about 45 minutes to get all the paperwork done and organization of the storage unit, which was a bit longer than I expected. Anyway, it seems ok, in terms of security and cleanliness. And the two men at the desk were nice and helpful. Nothing special, but I have a pretty good feeling that my things are safe in storage here.
