The cheapest self-storage I could find
A Space Place Storage had the cheapest prices on storage units that I could find and that's why I chose them. Overall it's a good facility with good customer service.

You get what you pay for
Its not the best kept storage place. Looks very bad compared to the rest. But the cheapest on the island.

Falsely advertised - given a truck that had pay for with no gas and not told needed gas. Truck was very dirty windshield was broken. The people were nice enough that worked there but again employee checked truck and did not tell needed gas it was on empty.

Excellent Prices and Service
I am a newly wed and my budget is extremely tight right now. I searched all over Long Island for the best prices in storage, and A Space Place was the cheapest in both Suffolk and Nassau County. When I contacted the office, the women there were so helpful and patient. They discussed with me all of my options for storing with them. I made an appointment to see a unit and they took their time showing me the property. I did not feel pressured into renting immediately, (like I did at some of the larger corporate companies). They staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this storage company.

Offered ground level unit with buckled floor- suggesting previous flood damage. "Free" moving truck wasn't. Grounds not particularly well-kept.

Sorry mr Krause wasn't happy we do offer units at half the cost of other storage in the older bldg. if he preferred he could have the newer bldg w concrete floor and still 20 30 percent less expensive than others. The free rental truck does require a twenty dollar insurance fee and twenty maintaine fee but most box trucks are 100 to 150 plus mileage a huge savings which is referenced in bottom of the ad. We do strive for satisfaction and have hundreds of satisfied customers. We are sorry we couldn't meet his needs.
Great quality and low rates
When I first moved out of my parents house and into my tiny starter apartment, I found that ther was no way I could keep all of my things in my one-bedroom living space. I found A Space Place, and the staff was friendly and helpful in in finding me the right-sized unit at a price anyone can afford, even someone like me who's just getting on their feet. They've helped me out so much and I cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks!

rental of a 10x10
I rented a storage space for 2 years at A Space Place Storage while i moved back in with my parents home to save for a house the place is very safe and clean and the customer service is wonderful I would recommend this storage place to anybody looking for storage

THE UNIT THEY GAVE ME APPEARED TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LEAKING. THERE SEEMED TO BE A LARGE WATER STAIN TOWARDS THE BACK. THERE WERE ALSO MOLD AND MILDEW STAINS ON THE CEILING.

Great Deal on Storage!!
I needed a place to store my things from college during the winter. I searched online for the best deals and A Space Place Storage had the best one. They had the cheapest prices and also gave me a moving truck to use for free. I would definitely recommend them to everyone else. A++, great service
I have rented with them now for about 6 months and would recommend this place to anyone. They have a wide variety of different storage containers: car storage, people storing files, college kids storing their stuff for summer, storage for furniture etc. They keep the facility very clean. If I had an issue, I approached them about it and they handled the situation IMMEDIATELY which was fantastic. With the low prices that they offer, the service was way beyond expectation. A++

Great Price
I never thought I would need to rent out a storage unit, but after taking a little tour to your facility, I realized that this was exactly what I needed. My garage was packed with stuff I only used once in a while and couldn't even fit my car there. Now I have everything in a storage unit, i have my car parked in my garage and the price is also great so it's total worth it!

Best Value Around
I was renovating a majority of my house during the end of the summer, so I needed a place to keep the furniture for four of the rooms in my home. I checked around a lot of storage places in the Stony Brook area where I'm from, but I found that the best deals were at A Space Place in Centereach. Not only did they have the lowest prices, they offered me a special that allowed me a third month of storage FREE! Which worked out perfectly since the renovations ended up taking longer than expected. Though I had to drive an extra 10 minutes from Stony Brook, it was well worth it for the money I saved. Their staff was very friendly and informative too, helping me through the process (as this was my first time using a storage facility). I highly recommend this facility because of it's value and staff's helpfulness.
