Horrible Experience

We did not ever get moved in. The employee at the property management office was rude and a horrible customer service representative. I wished I had noticed the 1.5 Google review before reserving this unit.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with our services. Whenever a problem arises, we try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We do not have an onsite office at the storage facility; therefore, we ask that customers come to our office location first to fill out paperwork. A phone call to us, in a calm manner and without vulgarity would have resulted in a positive resolution.
