Very helpful staff and the paperwork was very straight forward and took no time at all to go through. The process to reserve the storage unit online was very simple and they were very quick to get in contact with me and confirm my move in date. Storage unit was easy to access and had much more height inside then I thought it would have, so everything fit nicely. Only disadvantage was that it was kind of dirty inside of the unit with spider webs all over the place.

The manager of this facility was extremely helpful. We are in the middle of relocating from Eugene to Portland, it was a difficult move. He was very understanding and we did the paperwork over the phone because we were behind schedule. Great experience!
