Clean, large facility, very friendly, but overpriced for size of units.

The unit I got was 5' x 10', but it was about 4' 1/2'' by maybe 9' 1/2'' or 9', the small "closet-like" space is way over-priced, but it is among the cheapest of the storage units in Eugene/Springfield. Other than that, the owners are very friendly and helpful, especially for a person who has never rented a storage unit before and doesn't know what they're doing.
