11-E Mini Storage

1-E Mini Storage is a locally owned and operated self storage facility. We offer inside, non-climate controlled storage for household and commercial use. We also have outside storage for your car, boat, or trailer. We provide your lock free of charge.

It's not fancy — we have gravel driveways, etc, but we're the low cost price leader. We do have 24 hr gate, 16 surveillance cameras, night motion lights, on-line payment so we are not completely horse and buggy. We just provide cost effective, secure storage, half way between Johnson City and Jonesborough, just off US Hwy 11-E.
