you have to get insurance from them to rent a unit .
I rated this a 1 in price because you have to buy insurance FROM THEM that cost a minimum of $10. WHAT A RIP OFF! So add $10 to any price they quote you. I am going to try and find out how I can drop the rip off. If
i can do that then i will stay with this company. I will keep looking for another storage unit while i use this one because of the insurance. I am not recommending this soragte unit for that reason(insurance). The staff was friendly and Grace was very nice. She had a great attitude.
