RESERVATIONS and PRICE not HONORED

After booking a reservation and calling ahead to to confirm, we arrive to Marie telling us she doesn't honor reservations, and even if she had something left (she didn't) we'd pay the full price for the unit. RIP OFF. Stay away. Units are also dirty and disrepaired, trash all around. Didn't see any cameras.

Convenient

My Cool Box flooded in the recent rains so I needed something in a pinch. I live in east Austin so this was very convenient. Everything I chose to store was packed in heavy duty storage bins for added protection. Eitherway, I'm happy so far!
