Exactly what you look for in a storage unit.
Mike, the facility manager, was incredible to work with. He answered all of my questions and even extended me some superior customer service due to a scheduling difficulty. I couldn't imagine it to be more simple and quick.
The facility is very secure. Gated access, security camera, not to mention Mike lives on site.
The unit was clean and just as described. Mike and another manager from another location even showed us the unit before we signed the paper work.
The price was fair and I'll be taking advantage of some of their special promotions for a discount.
You can't go wrong with this place. Hassle-free = peace of mind.

Excellent Storage Choice plus great Customer Service!
I've had 5 different storage units with 5 different companies in DFW over the past 3 years and none of them compare to this location of Storage Choice. The customer service, price, security and cleanliness are the best in North Texas plus you get to use a moving truck for free! Wish I had found them sooner!

The customer service there was great! I was so pleased with the layout of the facility and the cleanlieness as well! It is well kept and the couple that runs it are just the kindest people of the storage world! I would HIGHLY recommend renting here--price is the price, there are no fine prints or hidden fees! It is exactly what they tell you and advertise!! Great location, great facility, great customer service! 5 stars and beyond!!

Great manager! Nice prices. The back units can be a little scary at night, but having 24h access has been a lifesaver! It's tricky to get a vehicle next to some end units. Overall, great place, easy in - easy out. Use of truck was a great plus!

The Manager is very professional. We took a courtesy vehicle to look at the storage before renting and he explained everything fully - the rates are wonderful as well!

Manager is very nice & helpful. They have a large moving truck available for a good rate. Some outside units are difficult to get a truck next to. Nice location and 24h access is great! Sparefoot.com is a great site, it really helped me find exactly what i needed!
