Excellent Value, Good Location, Safe
The location is not too far from downtown Dallas, but far enough to decrease property value and allow for excellent prices! The staff (Beth and Joe) were extremely friendly and sweet. One of the best prices that I saw in Dallas, yet its in a reasonably safe area. I had some minor issues with paperwork, but that was probably because we were chatting up a storm. Just be sure to make sure all details (DOB, Dates etc..) are correct before you sign anything. Beth was happy to fix it! Overall, highly recommend.

Junk Yard
I was looking for a location to store my new RV. Man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. When I went back to tour the RV parking locations, I found that the chain link fence on the north side was sagging and had no top rail, the south retaining wall looked like it was about to collapse. Above all, everything in the yard was old, rusty cars and boats. I was afraid that if I DID park my RV here, then it would be the first target if anyone came over the fence. The storage buildings looked clean and unobstructed. Office was messy and untidy. As mentioned, the man at the desk was very helpful; offering other locations and suggestions. (Some were competition), So, evidently, I did not rent a space. Ended up at Uncle Bob's on Franklin Drive in Mesquite.

Tall Rooms
Was very pleased to find I had 11 foot ceilings. Front desk was very curtious and helpful with my paperwork. Only drawback was no 24 hour access, but I shouldn't need it anyways.

When it comes to storage, you want to be careful who you choose. I had a bad experience at a competitor's facility...and the manager at Access Self Storage - Ferguson helped me get my stuff secure in a pinch. WONDERFUL. Her customer service and winning attitude really helped me though some troubled times!

Service with a smile.
Manager always had a smile while helping me decide on a storage size, she showed me 4 different unit sizes and even if she was closed at 6pm, she stayed after hours to do my paperwork. I really appreciated what she did for me, not often do managers stay after hours to help customers. Thank you again Doris.

I was at Mineyard's the other day and I notice a storage accross the street. Since I am looking for a storage, I decided to drop by and check on prices. prices are great, good specials and the service was excellent, I found me a storage, got me a moving truck as well. Thank you Access Storage for making my move easy on me. I highly recommend this storage to all that is in need of one.

FIRST TIME TO GET A STORAGE. SHOPPED AROUND SEVERAL STORAGES. ACCESS SELF STORAGE WAS WERE I FELT COMFORTABLE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFULL, VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND PROPERTY WAS CLEAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO EVERYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR ONE.

I really did my homework when I was looking for a storage unit, and my search led me to Access Self Storage. It was the most affordable, it was not far away, and the facility was modern, clean, and secure. Treated with respect
They took their time to go back into the office and rent me a unit even though they were running late for an industry meeting. All without any complaints or rush, and with better prices than the other storage places.
