Cheap, but you get what you pay for
I only needed storage for three months between semesters, so I sought out the cheapest option near U of H. This is it, and while it's not in the ghetto or anything, the place is still a little sketchy.
I take issue a bit with the unit sizing: the figure are, technically speaking, accurate, but unlike most other storage facilities I've used, these things have loooooooow ceilings (7 feet max, and it's not a continuous space since wood beams block it) -- low enough that I was forced to upgrade my unit size at the last minute to fit all my stuff. Also, I take major issue with any storage facility being constructed chiefly out of wood (throughout the interiors) - talk about a fire hazard! Finally, the operation hours were less annoying than the fact that the on-site manager had left for a 45-minute "lunch" -- at 3pm -- when I arrived to sign my contract paperwork, forcing me to return later.

The managers on site are very nice and accomodating. The storage hours are awkward if you are a regularly employed person. The storage is open during business hours only. Therefore, unless you leave work early (before 5pm) there is a slim chance, especially considering traffic, that you will make it to your storage unit before it closes at 6pm. The redeeming value is that storage is open 7 days a week. Overall I think this storage facility is a reasonable selection.
