Shaina, I want to express my regret at your apparent disappointment in your recent visit to our facility. In researching your experience, I’ve found that this was in regards to a Uhaul truck rental, (as I have no record of you as a storage customer). While we are happy to be an authorized Uhaul dealer to provide an added convenience to our customers, as with all Uhaul dealers we have no control over Uhaul’s policies regarding potential discounts, or their pricing. (and to clarify, your military ID was accepted, it was an entry format issue that denied its initial acceptance). And we are willing to find out the correct answer to any customer question that we may be unsure of, even if it may take a few extra minutes. We feel it’s important to provide the correct answers to our customers. While we realize moving can be a stressful event in people’s lives, (and everything seems to take forever), we hope your move was smooth and successful. Just as a final note, any time you feel you are not happy with any aspect of your Uhaul experience, they have many people trained and willing to address any issues you may have, and invite all genuine feedback either by phone or through their website.
