First Time Storage Unit User
Office was difficult to find. Metered street parking only available. Storage unit had a strong smell of urine but not from the unit rented so it must have been from adjacent or one nearby? No one was in the office when I returned the key but office door was open with no notice of return time. Waited 20 minutes before someone showed up. Had to ask for a receipt. OK experience but not great.
