They have a convenient location for me and their prices were the best when I first rented. Then they hit me with their insurance costs (about 20% of the rental). I've taken 5 copies of my homeowners insurance in and they always say yes that's good. But I still get billed for the insurance. I was just there in August and again in September with copies. Be aware that their hours on Sat. are only until 1:00PM. Most people move then and all through the process no one informed me once of their closing hours on Saturday after numerous conversations with the facility and their customer service center.
