Iâm just moving in but so far this place is leagues above any other storage facility I have rented. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and offers great hours. I am transfers all my stuff from a unit I had with U-Haul which is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Def recommend this is place to anyone.Full Review

There are have been few times in my life where I'm taken aback by the level of service a business provides. My experience with Dee at Public Storage is one of them. I have never been treated with such respect, kindness, professionalism, and the desire to please as I did with Dee. She made me feel like I was a family member; that I was appreciated. Despite showing up late in the day, (and late for my appointment) never was I felt rushed or that her shift was over and wanted to go home. My being there, and my satisfaction, was her top priority. She took the time to show me alternative storage units that fit my needs better than the original space picked. Again, this was late in the day on a weekend when most employees would have been thinking about nothing but leaving. Not Dee. I can't emphasize how much she cared about my satisfaction, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and that I was completely satisfied. She is a true asset to this company. I can only dream that all my employees were like her. Congratulations to Public Storage for hiring a true Superstar!Full Review

I found them online, contacted them online and everything else was done online - which made it quick and easy for me since I was working the entire time and was able to handle this from my phone. RENTERS BE CAREFUL!! My rates for double lockers have gone up 140.00 in the past 8 months. 3 Year tannate and zero concern for the fact that my items are now being stored and they just keep raising the rate. They claim 1 time its a yearly thing yet Aug 2021 I received a increase and now again in Feb 2022. Zero concern for anything but cash. The answer is always the same thing, well corporate does this and corporate does that and this is all they can do. Then they say the going rate is X and I go online and its 50 cheaper. Absolutely a price gouging rip off. Zero change in the units or property over the past 3 years and yet they claim market value. Get real!! It's called taking advantage of the market and corporate price gouging and really poor service!!!! I'll begin looking to take my business elsewhere in the near future.Full Review
