Checking in was a snap. The manager went through the routine quickly and left no doubt how to take advantage of the secure 24/7 access. Unit was spotless and constructed in a way to prevent water leakage under the door. Construction is quite new, so i suspect the roof is also safe from leakage.
The damage insurance seemed over-priced, but acceptable for the short term.Full Review

Every 7 months they raise your rates by over 10% each time. Started at $116 for my unit a year ago and now at $141. My unit is currently listed on their website for $119 and I've been paying $128 for the last 6 months. Called manager and was lied to saying it's "industry standard" to do this and that they review every 7 months and adjust according to current market rates. Not true. I have another storage unit elsewhere for almost 2 years and not a single increase. I've had other storage units in the past for many years and I think I got maybe one modest rate increase in my lifetime. Market rates don't rise 20% per year anywhere. STAY AWAY from this place unless you budget in 20% rate increases every 14 months.Full Review

I needed a storage unit big enough for a utility trailer that was 8â wide. I inquired on line and was told the 10âx20â would work. The unit was the right size but the trailer wouldnât fit because the door was only 8â wide! My mistake for not asking about the door size. Time for Plan B, a larger unit. I wish I remembered the employees name because she was awesome! She was able to find us a larger unit and make the switch.Full Review

This facility is exceptionally great in that the people in front of me and I were treated exceptionally well. I was shown a unit and the paperwork was painless. Getting through the gate is easier than most other storage places. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone and I have already.

The process for moving in was quick and concise. I was surprised that I had to have a contact and phone number other than my own home phone. That caused a delay I think is not necessary. I don't drive around with a phone or phone book. This ought to be in the initial instructions the company provides when you first reserve. If it is in there it ought to be bold and underlined.

Horrible service! I get having late fees but everyone has financial hardship and I paid them for two years! There was never any kind of assistance and fees were added every few days. You have a late paycheck and you're looking at double the cost. If you come with the rent ready to go and weren't aware of add ons then they would refuse that payment and keep tacking on charges! No staff answer during the day, making you jump through hoops to get them paid. Started moving my stuff to a storage unit outside. Found mice droppings everywhere in the unit! Don't even know what I was paying for! Might as well have set my things outside! Signed my move out paperwork and said I would be by to sweep. Conveniently was informed that I would be charged more money for an empty unit AFTER THE FACT. I'm being charged to sweep an empty unit! A courtesy! Site wasn't even safe! Had my phone stolen with my debit/credit cards. They pulled up surveillance to verify it happened on site. that's it. no help. SO extra fees after the fact, mice in the unit, stolen from while using, and charged fees when I'm not there. Wish I had never picked this place! Treated horribly! Only one staff in the whole business was polite to me.Full Review
