I like this place, staff is friendly, very clean property, and storage has a great amount of space. They offer use of theyâre moving truck for free when you move your stuff in. But getting to the unit in a big truck or vehicle is a huge hassle. They didnt tell me how much of a tight fit it would be getting the truck to my unit. My mom was helping me drive the truck and she accidentally scratched the side of the truck a little bit. She felt so bad about the little scratch that she started to cry. We went in to the office and told one of the employees what happened and she said it would be fine that it already had a lot of damage to it. She said that weâd be fine, and didnât mention anything about being charged for it. Also, the truck didnât have any gas in it so I was asked to fill it up and Iâd be credited $20 to my account. So I filled up the truck (put my very last $20 in) I even overdrew my account to do it. Iâm a college student so every little penny counts! A week later I went in to pay my bill and the owner had taken off my credit because âtheyâre was damage to his truck and propertyâ. I looked at the building and the truck, like I said the truck had a little scratch.. And for the building, there was barley a scratch!!!!! He charged my card and never informed me that my credit was taken off. Once again my account was over drawn.... Now Iâm stuck paying overdraft fees. I just wish they wouldâve contacted me about it.Full Review

We found this facility through sparefoot.com. When we reserved the unit, they were offering an online discount of 15% off and first month free. When we called call center to reserve, we were informed we could use promotion price as well as 15% off student discount (total of 30% off normal price). When we were called to verify our reservation, the lady said we couldn't use both discounts. She then said she would contact her area manager (who is her husband) about doing both discounts. I am not very happy with your storage unit the lady in the office lied to me and I called and left a bunch of messages for them and the lady said she mailed me notice's and I have never gotten nothing and she said she sent them and plus I called and gave someone my change of phone number and address and never got nothing in the mail I would have paid my bill on feb 3rd if I would have known the late fees but they never told me about all the late fees and I have someone that will say that they didn't tell me about all the late fees can someone please call me at 385-296-4737Full Review
