Customer service was OUTSTANDING! I remember that day as very chaotic as a move generally is. I called very close to closing as I was in GREAT NEED to move my things to a storage facility ASAP. Well, I explained my situation to Kimberly and she was gracious enough to stay till I got there which was over 35 mins after closing!! WOW. That was just phenomenal service and she had gone above and beyond the call of duty and I was truly grateful! Price was a little higher per month than I had wanted to pay, but the service WELL made up for that! I would DEFINITELY recommend CUBE SMART on Forest Hills Road! The manager (I apologize, I can't remember his name right now) and the employee that were there when I filled out the paperwork were SUPER friendly and helpful.
