This was the best experience I've had in a long time. Tavares was amazing. We rented remotely in Minnesota and our unit was ready when we arrived. Everything was quick and easy. We were even able to leave a key for someone else that will need access at a later date. Very convenient location and very clean. It was raining but we were able to unload in a covered building. When trying to ask questions, the rep would not let me finish and continued to talk over me. I had to call back at least 10 tens to get my questions answered after i was hung on. Currently paying $187.00 per month for a 10 x 15 unit when a new customer quote online is $118.00 per month. Only answer I received was rates can go up whenever and if so, they will let me know. Still no answer why the $69.00 difference in price.Full Review

I paid 850.00 for 2 months of storage. I did give a 2 week+ notice but NOT the 30 day. I currently do not have the trailer it was picked up due to me being finished and scheduling pickup. then i got charge another months rent even tho my second months completion date hasn't come. I was charged a 3rd months rent for a trailer no longer in my yard. $850.00 for less than two months storage is absolutely ridiculous. Basically anyone know its and two weeks notice counts for something. if the tables were flipped I am sure this place would have the same mind set! READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT.Full Review

The manager is very nice and polite. She explained everything well. The only thing that was a little negative is how flimsy the door of the locker seems to be. It is not easy to roll up or down and seems to catch forcing us to yank on it. Otherwise, we are pleased with the service.Full Review
