This is a very Modern, clean and secure building. Everything is top notch. You must purchase a certain style lock and have storage insurance. Even so I do love the site. The only way you get to your locker is to punch in you code at the gate then the front door, next the elevator and again at the gate to leave. My only complaint is to few parking spaces (3) by the elevators.Full Review

This place is a joke. The building is huge so most likely an available unit will be somewhere far into the building. There are no carts available anywhere to move your things. As per the manager, they are supposed to be located on each end of the building but after walking around the entire place which is like a maze, one was nowhere to be found. While the price is was attractive, The thought of needing access to my unit after hours and no cart available was all it took for me to move on to a more organized place.Full Review

If it was NOT for Regional Manger Jennifer, frankly, I would have NOT given 5 stars. Sonia at front desk has absolutely no customer service manners, no patience to explain. If you really want the truth she is OUTRIGHT Rude (hung up on me 11/20/17). She has no clue what multi tasking is, nor how to handle it. I have to assume she deals with people that have no manners, rather than show friendly cordiality, she chooses instead to take out the rudeness of other clients on clients as myself who were brought up with not only manners, but was taught America was built on customer service. When a buyer/client/customer is treated with mutual respect, the product does not have to be perfect, you simply remember that you were treated kindly, which makes you WANT to do more business with that company, recommend, etc. You have to love people to work in customer service positions. Be understanding, a give-and-take tolerance having the stamina of rolling the red carpet cooperation. We all have bad days and goods days. If that is her issue, which I DOUBT, you leave your issues at home, or simply say, I am having a sad, a bad day, even customers relate to that, THEY DO NOT relate to disdain. Thank you for taking the time to review my opinion and facts. Do not worry, I will recommend, JUST NOT at that location or at least warn people of Sonia's Attitude. BTW Jory was AWESOME, who knows, maybe due to her being on job 1st day on 11/9/17, let's hope she keeps her smiley, happy vibes, which you felt through the telephone line and not let the sometimes awful disrespectful customers that come through her door...If we show kindness, we make a better world....Full Review

It would be great, if you could show the total amount on your website for the storage units (including all fees; such as, Administrative fees, insurance, etc). Otherwise, prices are deceiving.Full Review

Extremely disappointing experience. Public storage claims to care about the customers but doesn't even take basic, common sense steps to help us out. First off, for such a huge facility with hundreds of units and the price that we pay for them, they could splurge on a few more dolly carts. There were people unloading a huge truck and hogging 3 of them. I was lucky to even get a hold of one. Second, the blatant ripping off, which is to be expected but annoying nonetheless. They quote you X dollars per month - but then if course at the last minute you NEED to pay $20 for the specific lock that they require (and of course they don't provide an image what kind of lock it is, so you have no idea if you have the "right" one). I had already purchased a lock from a previous storage unit and assumed it would be fine. But of course they have invested in these strange locks so they can rip everyone off and make they pay $20 for something that costs them less than a dollar. Oh and then at the last minute you find out you have to buy insurance too. I did the online sign-up process, and this facility is gigantic, and they don't even bother to tell you WHICH ENTRANCE YOU SHOULD USE - based on the storage unit you have booked. So after unloading my stuff, piling into the elevator, and then realizing my unit# was not on the floor, I had to go all the way back down etc. Common sense. And then when I got to my unit, I struggled to open it and had to call the manager. Karen was lovely and helpful. But how much effort would it be to provide a little picture/diagram TO TELL PEOPLE HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR. It was jammed really tight and it wasn't even easy for Karen to open it. I will never use Public Storage ever again. What a rip off.Full Review
