Customer service

I was supposed to move in the 12th but the gate code I was given didn’t work, all evening long I called the number given to get in and they never called me back till I called back again the next morning and they finally called me at 2 pm, after leaving a bunch of voicemails, and stressing myself out because I had a specific time I needed to be out of my apartment.

Very clean and nice service

It was very clean and organized. And virtually so we were done pretty quickly. Cameras are everywhere so I felt safe as well. Good overall experience.
