Nice facility, very clean and modern in an historic old warehouse, and best customer experience with manager Teresa and crew on very short notice and a few complicating factors. Excellent experience!

Very disappointed

I signed the contract lease and received a business card with my gate access information card. They said you can enjoy 24/7 access. This is a big lie. The place closes at 5 pm on weekends. Last Sunday I did have a terrible experience with a rude and lack of customer service from a male employee who was working by 4:50 pm at the Public Storage, 300 Treat Ave, San Francisco, CA 94110 4:50 pm. He should be fired. I'm going to release my storage asap. I can't accept any business that supports this kinda behavior. I'm very disappointed with Public Storage.
