The lady running the place was nice! But the unit we decided to rent wasn't ready to go. The door was "sticking" and so I helped lube it because we didn't want to wait till thursday for the maintenance man to come and service it. Things came up so we haven't been able to move our stuff in yet. I only hope that the roll-up door will work properly once we do move in. This is the first time that we have ever rented a storage unit. As I said, Addie who runs the place was nice, but we were shocked that there was so much paperwork. It was like renting a apartment almost.
