StorageMart - Airbase Pkwy & Walters

I don't normally write reviews but felt this one was necessary. I had excellent customer service from Jason. He was very funny & easy going, very friendly as well as very helpful and informative. I setup a reservation for a unit online at 6am for same-day moving (way before their 10am opening time) and Jason gave me a call within minutes of them opening! His response time and follow up was very quick. He asked for a general idea of what items we were considering moving into a storage to help figure out the size unit we needed and was very open and welcome to giving his opinion as well as showing us multiple units to help visualize the space. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't feel like a salesman trying to just gain another sale. He genuinely cared about making sure we were set on making the right choice for our needs. He answered all questions I had and didn't make me feel like I asked anything silly. This was my first time ever experiencing or dealing with a storage facility before and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know searching for a storage. I searched a few storage facilities in the area and found this one because of the great reviews I've read. I am VERY pleased with the decision I made in renting a unit here! If you are searching for a storage unit to rent out, you will not regret going here! They take care of all your questions and needs. definitely a well deserved 5-star rating!

The friendly staff and manager at storage mart made looking and renting a unit for my belongings easier than expected. I was in a unit and ready to move in no time at all.
