I have been a customer of H & M storage for almost a year. Before I decided to put my personal items in Storage; I did a lot of research on comparable prices with other various Storages in the area. I must honestly say that after doing extensive research and calling numerous storages looking for rates; I found that H & M Storage was indeed the best choice on so many levels. Not only did I receive the best quote for the particular size storage I needed, I was amazingly overwhelmed with the manager at H & M Storage in Sun City. Michael Borg exuded excellent Customer Sevice skills. This young man was patient, understanding, quite informative, and extremely helpful. Having to put one's belongings in storage whether it is for a short period, or lengthy period of time, is not always an easy task. At times, there are underlying emotional reasons why an individual, or a Family, must take on the extra Responsibility of having to put their belongings in Storage. Every situation is different, but the results are usually the same. I can honestly attest to the fact that my situation was absolutely no picnic in the park when I was faced with the unfortunate plight of having to put everything I owned in Storage. However, Mr.Michael Borg, the manager at H & M Storage in Sun City, Ca was empathetic and compassionate, understanding, patient, and extremely helpful. I sincerely believe that Michael Borg is an asset to H & M Storage.I would recommend H & M Storage to anyone I know in need of a Storage facility. I strongly believe that excellent Customer Service is everything when it comes to dealing with the Public... Joyce Reynolds
