Nice facility

It is a very nice place with lots of options. Nice and clean don't drive too fast as there are some good bumps. I also noticed a lot of handicap accessible storage units.

It was easy to acquire and smooth transaction.

Nicole and Michael were very nice and helpful in setting us up. It was all done by phone due to the current Coronavirus concern. I was pleased to find the unit clean. Ready to move in. Very quick and smooth transaction. Thank you MTF

Raise Rates too often

I asked how often they raise rates when I first started with them and was told 10%/year roughly. I've been there for 2 years and have gone from $199 to todays increase $289. Might be good for real short term but for longer storage go somewhere else. Place is always dirty. Everytime I go to my unit there is trash in front of the door. Driveways don't look to get cleaned often or at all.
