Manager Erica is very helpful! Finding the carts a challenge, wish lazy customers would return carts to the entrances same people that never return grocery carts..

I had the easiest experience at the Soquel location(2325 Soquel Drive). It was my second time getting a storage unit at this location. Erica has made the process super easy and I feel like I know what to expect.
