Awsome experience for my 1st time

Nov 15th I came with my belongings to this public storage and Leela I believe her name is was very helpful and walked me through everything evn to the code for entering. Thank you Leela for being a amazing host and being helpful for meрџ«¶рџЏѕ I very much appreciate it and Public storage for that matter!!

On-line rental did not work, had to do it in person which took longer

Lila was helpful and made sure we were satisfied despite the issue with on-line rental. The storage unit that I reserved also wasn't available even though I was able to reserve it over the phone and got confirmation.

No problems, everything works great

Easy to sign up and all my questions were answered. The gal who helped me heard my concerns and was very knowledgable. Plus she had a good sense of humor.
