Helpful service with some technical glitches

I felt like I got a good deal on the unit and the manager was very helpful with whatever I needed. The freight elevator could definitely use some instruction signageâand it feels like a puzzle to figure out the first time you use it. My gate code also didn't work at all the first day so needed the manager to let me in.

Great customer service!

Great storage space, convenient location, and I am happy I picked this place to store my stuff. A huge thank you to Tishone, the manager of this facility, for helping me during an extremely stressful moving day. I moved from another storage unit to StorageMart because the pricing was much better for a larger unit. The facility was busy, but there were still plenty of carts available for my move. And I was so grateful that the management was so accommodating. Thank you!
